We convert your data into up-to-date, simple formats that only require Microsoft Office applications or PDF viewers, so that no expensive license agreements are necessary. Images and scans can also be converted back into readable formats without any loss of quality. The data can be stored for Word, Excel, TIFF, CSV, XML, Access or in databases; document IDs and metadata are stored in such a way that you can easily search the data and find your documents.
Your media will NOT changed in the process, because we only work with encrypted copies, never with the originals.
Finally, the extracted data is exported and copied to modern data carriers or made available for download. The data is always encrypted and only you are given the password. We are only satisfied when you can read the data in your business again without any problems and we then destroy our working copies in accordance with the GDPR.
